Meet Alexis, Our Director

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Alexis serves as both the Director and teacher of our youngest class. She believes in educating the whole child by nurturing social-emotional, cognitive, physical, and creative development. Through a warm, play-based approach, she helps children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning while creating a welcoming community for every family.

Meet Rachel, Our Pre-K Teacher and Assistant Director

With over 24 years of experience, Rachel loves helping children grow into confident, capable learners. She creates a warm, nurturing environment where children build kindergarten readiness, develop independence and self-help skills, and discover the joy of learning every day.

Meet Teacher Barry

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, Barry brings a wealth of knowledge from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and emergent curriculum approaches. His passion for science and hands-on learning inspires children to ask questions, explore their world, and discover the joy of learning through meaningful experiences.

With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Erin brings a warm and nurturing approach to the classroom. She has a passion for the environment and loves inspiring children to explore nature, care for the world around them, and learn through hands-on, meaningful experiences.

Every Child, Every Teacher

With over 60 years of combined early childhood experience, our teaching team works together to ensure every child is known, supported, and inspired. While each child has a primary small-group teacher, they also build meaningful relationships with every educator throughout the day.

Each teacher brings unique strengths and expertise—from kindergarten readiness and science exploration to nature-based learning and social-emotional development. By collaborating as one team, we are able to meet each child where they are, celebrate their individual strengths, and provide the support and challenges they need to grow with confidence.
